AI Research Workbench: user-selected empirical research workflow collection

This personal workflow collection documents a user-selected menu of empirical regression, paper reading, writing, presentations and reference matching. The empirical package describes connected initialization, estimation and diagnostic stages, with user selection of methods and stages. Intended L2 stage organization is documented. Executable methods, causal validity, portability and empirical outcomes were not tested; borrowed components retain their own attribution and licenses.

Research applicability

Primary human documentation and router substantively establish a useful research workflow collection and human-selected stage control. Recommend the collection scope only, preserving upstream relationships and installation/license limits.

Getting started

Editorial untested suggestion: read pinned primary documentation; define an appropriate non-sensitive task and researcher verification before separately considering execution.

Maintenance

Dated source snapshot only; present availability, maintenance and version parity require separate checks.

License

Source visibility is not reuse clearance; source/model/data licenses and rights require separate checking.

Workflow & human oversight

Scope: Source-described intended research-use process only; not observed execution, research quality or demonstrated outcomes Human control: Top-level and optional second-level choices wait for user; manuscript diagnosis does not authorize edits. Accuracy checks, substantive statistical judgment and permission enforcement were not independently observed. Stage connections: Documented empirical stages connect initialization, estimation, diagnostics and extensions under user menu choices. Root router only routes; it is not itself a research method or automatic full-study agent. Stopping: Router stops if chosen package ENTRY.md is absent. No empirical-estimation stopping/convergence criterion established in inspected documentation. Missing evidence: No execution-stage templates, statistical output checks, actual Stata environment or portability tests inspected. Router contains a local Windows path. Root content is not blanket open-licensed.

Workflow level is not an evidence score; higher is not better evidence.

Approach

- Route explicitly selected workflow; empirical documentation describes baseline estimation and diagnostic/sensitivity stages; other packages describe paper/writing/reference tasks

Outcomes (as reported by the originating team)

Documented method or intended capability; no empirical research benefit established by this review.

Limitations

- Personal archive says it is not guaranteed to work out of the box for every machine/version/task. - Pinned router hardcodes a Windows Workbench path; no installation or migration attempted. - Some modules reference/adapt published upstream resources; no entire-bundle originality or equivalent implementation claim. - Root public visibility does not grant a blanket reuse license; module licenses require separate review. - Connected workflow-stage descriptions do not prove correct causal identification, robust results or actual code execution. - AI editorial review only; no human editorial verification claimed.

Reproducibility

AI editorial source review only. No candidate code, model, agent, experiment or reported outcome independently executed or reproduced.

Adoption requirements

Editorial suggestions, untested: inspect selected module rights, source/version, environment and private-data boundaries before separately authorised adoption. This pass installs or invokes nothing.
