AI Trends: public-series research reference dashboard

A documented dashboard aggregates public time-series relevant to AIresearch context and governance.

Workflow level n/a Source: Repository-documented Outcome: Not empirically evaluated here

Research applicability

Cited public-series infrastructure for research on AI compute, economics, research and adoption.

Getting started

Read the linked primary sources and the stated adoption requirements. Reuse suggestions are editorial and untested; no setup recipe or trial was executed.

Maintenance

Sources last checked on 2026-10-19. Future availability, maintenance, provider terms and compatibility were not verified.

License

The README lists upstream terms; source-specific rights and repository licensing were not audited.

Workflow & human oversight

No workflow level assigned. The dashboard is a cited public-series research reference for AI compute, economics, research and adoption. Deterministic collection/charting and daily-job branding do not establish AI assistance or researcher output validation in one workflow.

Workflow level is not an evidence score; higher is not better evidence.

Approach

A registry drives fetching and static charts. Recomputed historical series differ from append-only current observations; manually entered rows require source URLs. Failed refreshes retain older data with a badge, and missing-series/coverage limits are explicit.

Limitations

README only. Live charts, data, caches, registry/code, CI runs, upstream studies and linked energy measurements were not audited. Most numbers belong to upstream sources, not this project’s measurements; the energy series has a separate origin. Provider, licence, coverage, count and freshness claims are documentation only. Append-only series cannot backfill; historical series can revise, and geographic/sparse coverage limits comparison. No research benefit, investment, audience/growth or causal claim is established. Moving HEAD is unpinned and non-atomic.

Reproducibility

Source text was checked only within this scope: Full public README only. No software, dataset, experiment or result was independently reproduced.

Adoption requirements

Untested suggestion: inspect each primary series, date, definition, coverage and reuse terms; retain collection mode, failures and staleness in any research use.
